House Builder Warranty

In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your house builder warranty period, we will visit your property to assess the issue. If the problem is related to workmanship supplied by us, or any materials that we have installed then we will rectify the problem or replace the product for you. To arrange a visit, you must contact your house builder who will liaise with us to make a time for the visit.

House builder warranty periods can vary depending on the contract you have. To check the terms of your warranty period, contact your house builder who will be able to provide you with this information.
