When we work with a house builder, we offer a warranty period on all new homes. In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your warranty period with the electrics or any products that we have wired in to your home, we will visit your property to assess the issue. If the problem is related to workmanship supplied by us, or any materials that we have installed then we will rectify the problem or replace the product for you.
To arrange a visit you must contact your house builder who will liaise with us to make a time for the visit.
