Subjects must request their data by letter stipulating what data they would like erased and this will be processed within 10 working days. We would send confirmation of this either by email or letter.

You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk).
